Welcome love, my name is Nour Elise. I’m a holistic relationship and feminine embodiment coach as well as an international breathwork, yoga and meditation facilitator with a passion for music. I draw from a variety of disciplines to guide you back home to an authentic way of being, to live a passionate life filled with nurturing relationships and a strong sense of purpose.

I help women embrace their feminine essence, connect back to their body and heal at the root so they can thrive in life & love. I use a unique combination of trauma-informed coaching, mentoring, self-care rituals, somatic healing, embodiment practices and music.
